I develop recipes for publications, meal kits, marketing, cookbooks, party menus. You get the gist.
"...This year, I felt like we could use a bit more hope than a sprig of parsley on the Seder table, so here are some riffs on Passover classics that celebrate the spring bounty — and lend an extra dose of brightness and optimism to your Passover table. If that doesn’t suffice, there’s also a Passover cocktail."
Simple, seasonal and designed for real families on real busy evenings — the meal kit program I helped design for Good Eggs is accessible, but never dumbed down. (I lead marketing for Good Eggs, but moonlight in the kitchen.) I've personally developed some of the flagship recipes, like veggie-forward one-pot chicken dinners with cherry tomatoes and thyme or citrus and fennel as well as this zucchini cacio e pepe or spaghetti with arugula pesto and chickpeas.
"The blackberry and sauce topping for this week’s Ricotta Cheesecake by prop stylist Dani Fisher is another perfect way to use those late summer berries. Dani uses various fruits to top this cheesecake, including plums, so if you can’t get your hands on blackberries, don’t worry. Use what you have, and enjoy the cheesecake!"
